I never really felt right about rooting for the Cubs anyway. And when I told them I hoped the Cubs won, all my friends looked at me like I'd lost my mind.
Go Rockies!

I'm a University of Utah football fan.
We beat UCLA, and then we lose to UNLV. I mean, WTF?
My heart's with ya', man.
Some day.
i don't believe i've ever seen that particular logo before...
I grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and was always a Reds fan. When they went on strike, though, it totally killed it for me and I don't follow any baseball anymore. My dad, however, has been a Cleveland Indians fan since about 1940, so I'm hoping that they win for him.!
btw...i bmailed you the link to a dancing bird who likes the backstreet boys.
Kev, I felt the same way about the strike. I didn't follow the Cards the next year, but they made the playoffs the year after, and that pulled me back in.
TK--I wasn't too broken up about the Cubs. I am a Cards fan, after all.
Cat--I got that b-mail--I just couldn't watch the video at work. You'd think a modern university would have reasonably good DSL, but you'd be wrong. Anyway, it was a hilarious video.
Interesting blog. I especially like the, um, creative post pictures. If you follow Chicago sports, please stop by www.chicagosportsreport.blogspot.com
a new blog for Chicago sports fans. Cheers!
